7. Newsletter

(1) When registering for the newsletter, INTOSOL uses the so-called double opt-in procedure. After specifying your email address, INTOSOL will send you a confirmation email to the email address provided, in which INTOSOL asks you for confirmation that you wish to receive the newsletter. If this confirmation is not received within 24 hours, your registration will be automatically deleted. If you confirm the registration for the newsletter in good time, INTOSOL will save your email address until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. The sole purpose of the storage is to send you the newsletter. Furthermore, INTOSOL stores your IP addresses and the respective times of the registration and confirmation upon registration and confirmation in order to prevent the misuse of your personal data.

(5) INTOSOL reminds you that when you send the newsletter, INTOSOL evaluates your user behavior. 9. Use the blog, commenting or rating features

(1) In our Blog Travel blog, in which we publish various contributions to relevant and current topics, you can make your own public comments. Furthermore, our commenting and evaluation functions allow you to publicly evaluate the tourism services we offer you (such as hotels) and make your own comments on them, possibly commenting on comments or ratings from other users.

 

(2) When you submit a rating or comment, it will be published in the appropriate place stating your username (possibly a pseudonymous username). 10. Use of cookies

12. Data security
