(1) INTOSOL collects, processes or uses only such personal data that you provide to INTOSOL in the context of booking a touristic individual service or an individual / package trip, subscribing to a newsletter, participating in a raffle or contacting INTOSOL via the contact form or email etc. voluntarily make available. Only personal data will be collected, processed or used, which you inform INTOSOL on a voluntary basis within the respective process.

(2) Personal data will be collected, processed and used only for the purpose stated in clause 3 and only insofar as it is necessary for the establishment, execution and execution of the respective contractual relationship without your explicit consent.

(3) The (minimum) information required for the establishment, implementation and processing of the respective contractual relationship, so-called compulsory information, can be identified by an asterisk (*) on the labeling of the respective information or input fields. Further information on your part (for example additional information on a mobile phone number when booking an individual / package trip, indication of “non – binding customer wishes”) is optional.

(4) The processing of your data within the meaning of section 6 (2) above also includes the storage of your data in order to fulfill the purposes stated in clause 3. Upon expiration of the retention obligations and deadlines imposed by the legislator or regulatory authorities, the relevant data will be routinely deleted by INTOSOL. If your data are not affected by this, they will be deleted by INTOSOL if the purposes mentioned under point 3 are omitted.

(5) Furthermore, the processing of your data within the meaning of section 6, paragraph (2) above, includes the transmission of your data to (involved) third parties in order to fulfill the purposes stated in section 3 above. INTOSOL transmits your data exclusively within the scope of the purpose (clause 3.) to the respective providers of individual services or service providers (event organizers, hotels, airlines, etc.), own offices, commissioned agencies or service providers, whose help INTOSOL helps to fulfill and process the respective contractual relationship (e.g. handling agents, incoming agencies, mailing and mailing service, data centers, payment service providers), as well as possibly due to existing legal obligations to domestic and / or foreign authorities (e.g. US Department of Homeland). In this case, a transfer of personal data takes place only to the extent that is required in each case for the fulfillment of the purposes stated in Section 3, thus for the fulfillment and execution of the respective contractual relationship. INTOSOL draws your attention to the fact that the respective providers of individual services or service providers, agencies or service providers as well as authorities in other countries may be based, so that data can be transferred to other countries. This may also include third countries whose data protection level does not comply with EU requirements. Disclosure to uninvolved third parties does not take place unless INTOSOL is or is required to disclose or transmit it on the basis of legal provisions or a court ruling.

(6) Any further collection, processing and use of personal data for the purpose of simplifying follow-on bookings and the booking management (customer account) or for the purpose of advertising (e.g. newsletters, competitions), market research or to tailor the offers of INTOSOL requires your consent. Without your consent, INTOSOL will not collect, process or use personal data for these purposes.
